1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using mytapstick.com ("Site") or purchasing any MyTapStick products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site, regardless of how you discovered or accessed it.

2. Products & Orders

MyTapStick offers the following products: The Luminous Wand, The Star, The Mjölnir, The Gold Coin Limited Edition, and Custom Wands. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Standard Wands: Ships as described. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images.
• Custom Wand: Quote-based — no charge is applied until you approve the quote and confirm your order. After approval, we will work with you to finalize your design before production.
• Limited Edition Items: Products marked "Limited Edition" (such as The Gold Coin) are available while supplies last and may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Commerce. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Wands: 5–7 business days
• Custom Wand: 7–10 business days (after design approval)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MyTapStick is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except as described below. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost — contact us via our Contact page with your order details and photos of the issue.
• Custom Wand orders are quote-based — no charge is applied until you approve the quote and confirm your order. If we are unable to fulfill your design vision, your order is fully refundable.

6. Marketing & Solicitation

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that MyTapStick may contact you regarding your order, product updates, and general interest communications related to our products and services.

Promotional and marketing communications will only be sent with your express consent. You may opt out at any time by:

• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
• Contacting us via our Contact page

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to your orders.

7. Public Use & General Interest

MyTapStick products are made available to the general public. Any person of legal age may browse our Site, inquire about our products, and place an order. We do not restrict access based on geography, background, or affiliation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Content on this Site — including product descriptions, images, and educational material about tap-to-pay technology — is provided for general informational purposes and is accessible to the public.

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

10. No Warranties

Our products and Site are provided "as is." MyTapStick wands are designed as accessories and are not intended for use with all payment terminals — compatibility may vary. If something isn't right, contact us via our Contact page and we'll make it right.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTapStick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
