Question 1

What is MyTapStick?

Accepted Answer

MyTapStick is a wand-shaped device that holds your NFC-enabled credit or debit card and lets you tap to pay at any contactless terminal — no phone, no wallet, just magic.

Question 2

Does MyTapStick work with my card?

Accepted Answer

MyTapStick works with any standard credit or debit card that has tap-to-pay (NFC) enabled. If your card has the contactless symbol, it works.

Question 3

Do I need to charge it or download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. MyTapStick is completely passive — it uses your card's built-in NFC chip. No battery, no charging, no Bluetooth, no app, no setup.

Question 4

Is it safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your card stays physically inside the wand and you control every tap. No data is stored on the wand itself.

Question 5

Does it work internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes! MyTapStick works anywhere NFC/contactless payments are accepted worldwide.

Question 6

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Standard wands ship in 5-7 business days. Custom wands ship in 7-10 business days after design approval.
